Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers, Users, Referral Partners, and Employees of Money Fincare. These terms shall apply depending on your role while accessing or using our services.

Money Fincare wishes to provide services under the terms and conditions stated below and the user/customer agrees to be bound by these terms when using our website or services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws.

Information We Collect

  • Information provided by you through applications or forms including your name, address, marital status, employment details, assets, and income.
  • Information regarding your accounts, holdings, and transactions received from financial institutions, banks, brokers, or other financial service providers.

If the company comes across any person or group defaming the reputation of the company or its members, strict legal action may be taken against such individuals or organizations.

Our terms apply globally and cover all information relating to Money Fincare’s business activities and IT systems operated by or on behalf of the company.


Membership Card Terms & Conditions

  • Membership card fees are refundable only according to the company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • The Money Fincare Membership Card is non-transferable and valid only until its expiry date.
  • The Membership Card is not a payment card, debit card, or credit card.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged membership cards must be reported immediately to the company.
  • Replacement cards may be issued and replacement charges may apply.
  • Membership renewal is subject to company discretion.

Customer Terms & Conditions

  • The company only charges the membership card fee. No additional service charges are taken by the company.
  • Purchasing a membership card allows you to apply for a loan but does not guarantee loan approval.
  • Loan approval depends solely on the bank's rules, regulations, and the customer’s profile.
  • If a loan application is rejected, customers may still use other benefits associated with the membership card.
  • The company does not guarantee loan approval in any situation.
  • Membership card payment will not be refunded if the customer cancels the loan process after initiation.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and financial information including CIBIL score and profile.
  • If fake documents are submitted, the company reserves the right to take legal action.
  • Bank charges and other financial institution charges will apply according to bank policies.
  • The company will verify documents with multiple banks depending on customer eligibility.
  • If a customer is not reachable during the loan process for more than 3 days, the application may be rejected.

Referral Terms & Conditions

  • Referral payouts are provided according to the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Payout is provided based on membership card purchases and not on loan approval.
  • Referral partners must complete the payout agreement with Money Fincare to receive payouts.
  • 5% TDS will be deducted from referral payouts.
  • If payment is refunded to the referred customer, the payout will be deducted from the referral partner.
  • The company is not responsible for any commitments made by referral partners.

General Terms & Conditions

  • The company may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any dispute arising between users and the company will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India.
  • The company reserves the right to record calls for service quality and security purposes.
  • The company may use customer names and photos for testimonials or promotional purposes.
  • All promotional content such as advertisements, emails, SMS, banners, and social media posts are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The final loan terms including amount, interest rate, tenure, and fees depend solely on bank policies and customer eligibility.

Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers, campaigns, or contests conducted by Money Fincare may have separate terms and conditions which will be communicated during the respective promotion.


Candidate Terms & Conditions

  • Interview timing is fixed by the company.
  • Candidates must appear for interviews as scheduled by the company.
  • The company may ask any relevant questions during the interview process.
  • A printed resume is mandatory for the interview.
