Thank you for choosing Money Fincare. We appreciate your purchase and aim to provide the best service to our customers.
A customer may receive a refund of the Membership Fee if the company has not started the Customer Service Initiation (explained below) within 48 hours of the payment and the refund request is submitted through our Raise a Request page within 48 hours of the payment.
If a customer is not satisfied with the company’s services, they may request a refund by sending an email to refund@moneyfincare.com. Once the request is received, the company will process the refund request within 24 to 48 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.
Customer Service Initiation refers to the first process performed by the company after the membership payment. This includes contacting the customer for verification within 24–48 hours of the payment.
Even if the customer does not respond to the verification call, the Customer Service Initiation will still be considered as started and the update will be reflected in the customer portal.
There are no cancellation charges. If a customer requests a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the entire amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
